GK Return Policy
Orders can be exchanged for up to 14 days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for exchange, shoes must be in new/unworn condition, odor free (pets, wear, smoke etc.) and in the original shoe box, just as they were received. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Glitter Kicks reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
When shipping your order back to us for exchange, please make sure that the shoes are properly packaged. This means placing the shoes (and original shoe box) inside of another shipping box or large envelope. Shoes that are sent back to us and not simply taping up the original shoe box and using it as the shipping box as this ruins the original shoe box.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Replacement of Defective/Damaged Products
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 1352 N Freedom Blvd Provo Utah US 84604.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not include insurance on shipments, however, upon customer request, we are more than happy to do so for an additional fee of $6. Although it almost never ever happens, very very rarely packages are lost/damaged in transit. Once we have shipped an item and USPS tracking validates their receipt of the parcel, buyer assumes all responsibility for parcel. We assume no responsibility for damages or losses. Refunds or replacements are not provided for damaged or lost parcels.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, being hand customized and made-to-order, all sales are final; returns, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
