GK Return Policy
Ordered the wrong size? Want a different style? No problem! Orders can be exchanged for up to 14 days after the date of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange, your product must be:
- Odor free (pets, smoke, etc.)
- Returned in the original shoe box (if exchanging a pair of shoes)
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns, or anything Glitter Kicks reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Once we have received your item to be exchanged, please allow 1-3 weeks for us to obtain and customize the item you are exchanging for.
All shoe exchanges are subject to a $20 restocking fee. This payment, along with any difference payment for the replacement item, can be made online or with a check included in the return package. When making your exchange, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with this payment.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds. Due to the nature of our shoes being hand customized and made-to-order, all shoe sales are final. We are happy to exchange for a different size or style, but returns, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted. If your product has any issues or defects in the customization, please let us know right away and we will make sure the problem is fixed to your satisfaction.
All other products besides shoes are subject to a $5 restocking fee if being cancelled or returned for a refund. If the product is being exchanged for another item, no restocking fee will be charged.

When shipping your order back to us for exchange, please make sure that the product is properly packaged. If you are exchanging a pair of shoes, this means placing the shoes (and original shoe box) inside of another shipping box or large envelope. Please do not tape up the shoe box, as this damages the box.
Please include a brief note in your package explaining the reason for the exchange and what you would like to exchange for.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
